Green Hammer is setting a new pace for home construction! This new home in Ashland is a product of our design/build process: the highest performance home with the most elegant design on a ultra-fast-track schedule. Now in framing, the home is utilizing Passivhaus detailing and strategies, such as slab insulation, triple pane windows, and meticulous air-sealing, but unfortunately can’t meet the standard due to the number of large windows on the North facade. While we have highest regard for Passivhaus, we can’t blame our clients for wanting to take full advantage of the gorgeous view to the North.
