Green Hammer project, the CAPACES Leadership Institute, is aiming to be the first Passive House office building in the US. What’s more, is that it’s being built by all volunteer labor, many of who are members in the immigrant farmworker network that will use the building to promote worker rights, offer education, and leadership training. The building in Woodburn, Oregon is expected to be completed in summer 2012.
